For me, they negotiated in bad faith (gave me a lowball offer) and unlike larger companies, they don't seem to have base levels/compensation packages that everyone gets offered.

I've been here about 2 and half years and have seriously fast-tracked my career growth and skills because of how much freedom, support, and big ideas there are at HubSpot. My goal is to personalize my outreach to prospects at a particular company so that I can build a better relationship.

I'm curious about what the compensation is like, if people generally enjoy working there, and what the work culture is like. They won't sell you on a lie that you will work 40-45 hours a week, people definitely put in 50+ hours a week there on a consistent basis. I'm assuming the issue lies somewhere in my webpack.config file and that two versions of react are being bundled but after much googling and failed attempts I haven't been able to get it to run.
The average HubSpot workweek (for anyone, not just developers) is probably closer to 65 hours a week. Everything else (coaching) is handled by sales team.
Thank you in advance for any hints.
