Easy enough and you're allowed to work ahead. Fair grader. Very responsive to emails. lol, grading - horrible/strict because for an online course she could at least leave comments as to why you get points taken when you've answered everything, responded to 2 peers and sited if needed. "Textbook" is online and homework is answering the questions assigned to each chapter. She was also super nice & clear during office hours. Most of her assignments were Connects. She seems nice but since this was an online course it was hard to tell how great of a professor she really is. UBC Math is better with them. Took her class online; she gives discussion boards every week and a total of about 4 or 5 tests that are open note/book. Pamela Parent. Very smart and patient when I went to ask her questions and tries her best to make concepts easy to understand. Great explanations, great prof. Hard course, but one of the best instructors at UBC.

Very quick answering emails and weekly, notes to the class, were so helpful. Prof. Parent was great. Online class is easy but also a lot! Grading was very fair & she gave lots of opportunities to increase your mark with bonus Q's/tests.

You will need a book for this class! I have had her for two psych classes and she wrote me a great transfer recommendation letter. Loved this class! My favourite math instructor. RMT is about helping students answer a single question "what do I need to know to maximize my chance of success in a given class?" Even if you are not too interested in psychology, she makes it interesting. Although the test are open book, the test are 50 questions and 90 minutes to complete.
